Peabutter Rocky Road Squares


1/2 cup margarine
1 package Butterscotch chips
3/4 cup NoNuts Golden Peabutter*
2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

*Remember you can substitute any flavour of NoNuts Peabutter in all our recipes.


Line a 8×8 square pan with foil.
In a large microwave safe bowl, heat margarine and chips for approximately 2 minutes using 50% power. Stir until smooth.
Add Peabutter, and stir until smooth, working quickly stir in the marshmallows.
Pour into a pan, and smooth top using a wooden spoon. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Cut and serve.


Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 week – or wrap tightly and freeze for longer storage.
