Peabutter Ice Box Squares


18 graham wafers, divided
3/4 cup butter
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup milk1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup graham crumbs
1/2 cup NoNuts Peabutter

4 TB butter
1/4 cup NoNuts Peabutter
1 1/2 cup icing sugar
1 TB milk
1/2 tsp vanilla

*Remember you can substitute any flavour of NoNuts Peabutter in all our recipes.


LINE ungreased 8 inch pan with 9 of the wafers. Combine butter, sugar, milk and vanilla in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; cook for 5 mins. Remove from heat.

ADD crumbs and Peabutter, mix until smooth. Pour mixture over the wafers in pan. Cover with the remaining 9 wafers. Set aside to cool.

ICING beat butter and Peabutter in a bowl until well blended, add icing sugar, milk and vanilla, mix well. Spread over cooled wafer mixture in pan.


Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 week – or wrap tightly and freeze for longer storage.
