Peabutter Monster Cookies
1 Cup NoNuts Golden Peabutter
1/2 Cup Margarine softened
1 Cup Brown sugar
2/3 Cup White sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Tbsp Corn syrup
3 Cups Rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate chips
Smarties for decorating
Cream Peabutter, Margarine and sugars together. Beat in eggs. Add vanilla and corn syrup, beat well. Then, mix in remaining ingredients.
Drop by spoonfuls on greased pan. Flatten with fingers, and press a Smartie in the centre of each cookie. Bake at 325° for 7 mins for small cookies or up to 10 mins for larger cookies. Do Not overtake as it makes the cookies hard.
