½ cup un-popped corn
¾ cup corn syrup
½ cup brown sugar- packed
¾ cup NoNuts Golden Peabutter
1 tsp vanilla
*Remember you can substitute any flavour of NoNuts Peabutter in all our recipes.
Pop corn in a hot air popper, into a very large bowl. Stir corn syrup and brown sugar together in saucepan over medium heat until boiling and sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Stir in Peabutter and vanilla, mix until smooth. Pour over popcorn and stir until all covered, spread onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper and let cool. Store in an airtight container.
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 week – or wrap tightly and freeze for longer storage.
