200g Milk Chocolate Melting Wafers
3/4 Cup NoNuts Golden Peabutter*
1/8 Cup Icing Sugar
1/8 Cup Graham Crumbs
1/8 Cup Margarine
*Remember you can substitute any flavour of NoNuts Peabutter in all our recipes.
16 Mini Muffin Cups
Melt Chocolate and Shortening together in microwave using 50% power (about 1 min), stir until smooth, spoon into muffin cups- tap lightly to smooth out chocolate- refrigerate or freeze until solid (about 5 mins).
In a microwave safe dish, melt Peabutter and margarine together using 50% power (about 45 seconds). DO NOT overheat! Stir in sugar and crumbs, and mix well. Spoon approximately 1 tsp of peabutter mixture over the chocolate. Tap to smooth out pea butter, and freeze or refrigerate until firm (about 5 minutes).
Pour the remaining chocolate over the Peabutter mixture (remelt if necessary). Tap lightly to smooth out the chocolate. Refrigerate until solid, about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
Makes 16 Cups
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
